London / The much talked reality TV couple Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt from the popular realilty show “the Hills” announced their separation last week. Rumors have it that Pratt’s crazy behavior was the main reason behind the separation.

But in the recent interview to America’s people magazine she(Heidi) told that she needed some space away from everything including her husband Spencer because of the lies spreading about her. She further added that she always loved spencer but at the moment they are working on things, which does not show any signs of reconciliation.

Some people also believe that this is just a publicity stunt the fame – hungry couple is trying to pull off to get more attention.

At the moment both of the stars have moved out of their Pacific Palisades home. Montag is moving in with her new best friend Jennifer Bunney.
